How do you monitor a web site?

The target web site is checked by performing a normal "GET" request. Assuming there is no problem, your web server will return the full contents of the web page. The information returned, including total bytes, status code, error code, total time of the session, and the time the test was ran is logged. Any alert condition, results in immediate notification to your contacts.

How am I alerted?

An email is sent to your contacts. You can send alerts to any device that is capable of receiving them. Email, Pagers, Timeports, cell phones, etc..

Additionally, this information is also reported under your account logs, daily, and weekly reports.

Can I add additional sites to monitor?

Yes, you can add as many sites as you wish. You will be billed according to your usage.

Do you charge for contacts?

No, we do not charge for the first ten (10) contacts. If you need more than that, please let us know. We also do not charge per email incident.

Can I monitor one site at 60 minutes and another at 30 or 10 minutes?

Yes, each target can be monitored at different times. You can also change your monitoring frequency as needed. You are billed according to your usage.
